YOUR RETURN ON INVESTMENT
• This platform was created for new and or small businesses
• Design Lotus Brand Boutique specialises in website & brand design
• If you are a medium, or large enterprise, you will be charged standard market-related rates.
• The chosen amount of revisions will be implemented per design after designs are submitted to the entrepreneur. For all extra amendments or revisions on work done thereafter, a R350 per hour design fee will apply – the first hour will be payable upfront
• Rates are subject to change at any given time. The difference in price for an upgrade on packages will also be calculated from the most current price list.
• Please note that any Motion Graphics or Animated Logos are charged separately.
• Printing is not available and not included in the rates provided
• Package Design is not included in the rates provided, it'll be added as a add-on service should you require it.
• All your designs will be sent to you via email on high-resolution docs JPEG/PDF/PNG/AI/PSD print-ready and in full colour
• All Logos will be sent to you in
• Estimate waiting time is between 12-22 working days (this is subject to change at any given time depending on the complexity of your design requirements)
• Booking dates for packages are made on a first-come, first-serve basis & are subject to availability
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before Design Lotus starts with your designs
• Final designs will be sent after full payment was received accordingly
• After final handover of designs, client owns a 100% copyrights.
The key is to start the branding process with a clear direction and to help you start off on the right track, this questionnaire is to obtain key information to understand more about your business in order to bring your vision to life!
In order to maintain consistency with your brand, you'll need a go-to guideline for all your content creation and to serve for any other visuals to may wish to create such as a website.
Your Booklet will contain the following:

• What To Dos
Your logo does not only contain of one variation. your logo consists of different variations which all serve different purposes for your brand. For example you will not be able to use the sam logo variation you use for your printables for a video, you'll need one small noticeable symbol visual that represents your brand as a whole.
The 4 logo variations you'll receive include:
1. Primary Logo
2. Secondary Logo
3. Sub Logo
4. Favicon

Letterhead, Business Card, Email Signature
• The purpose of a letterhead is to strengthen your brand image and to be recognisable across all of your business communications
• The purpose of an email signature is to reassure recipients that they're communicating with an actual person rather than some bot. It is also an opportunity to brand every email you send.
• You will receive a standard printable front & back business card
With this option you get to pick one of anyprint designs you'd like for your brand. Any extra print designs to be charged separately. Please enquire for pricing.
